14) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or Content are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in New York County, New York for all claims not otherwise resolved.
